She has over 30 years of surveying experience, with 20 years of Survey Project Management experience. She brings a wide range of experience in the following surveys: land title, utility, Right-of-Way (ROW) alignment/route, ALTA surveys, tree preservation requirements, topographical, aerial, and terrestrial scanning ground truthing control surveys, as well as strip and parcel map preparation. She has worked on private, county, and municipal survey projects, and construction projects. She has worked on projects all over Texas as well as in Libya, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico. Surveying activities include horizontal and vertical control layout of survey projects, reduction and analyzing of field data, both GPS and conventional, traverse analysis, delineation of real property boundaries, and the mathematical computations of boundaries, deed research, delegation of field crews and preparation of metes and bounds descriptions.
Trisha has had the privilege to work on some very exciting and high-profile projects over the years including construction staking of the several rides at Fiesta Texas San Antonio; construction staking of 2 of the roller coasters at Sea World of Texas; surveying the antenna on top of Hemisphere Tower; detailed scans and surveys of Battleship Texas; The Toyota Plant and test track in San Antonio; layout of the championship record course 1-mile buoy location for American Outboard Federation in Alexandria, LA and many others.
